TRANSPARENCY & RESPONSIBILITY
Terms of service
Proposed terms for access to the platform and its trading technology.
Service and scope
The platform provides account workspaces, market information, simulated trading, and tools for AI, signals, and execution. Simulated balances and results do not represent funds held for you or orders executed on a live exchange. These terms do not establish a brokerage, custody, or investment advisory relationship.
Accounts and responsible access
Keep your credentials private and provide accurate registration information. Use only accounts you are authorised to access. Report suspected account misuse promptly. Access may be restricted to protect users, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.
Permitted use
Do not misuse another person's data, bypass access controls, manipulate records, distribute malicious code, disrupt the service, or reproduce licensed market data without permission. You remain responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you may share it.
Signals and automated activity
Signals are informational inputs, not personalised recommendations or guarantees. Enabled automation can create or manage simulated positions under its configured rules. Review the settings, available controls, and activity history. Disabling automation may not close existing positions.
Availability and intellectual property
Quotes, charts, and calculations may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Access can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Platform content and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. No ownership is transferred by using the service.
Account closure and changes
Contact the operator to request account closure or ask about your records. Closure does not automatically delete records needed for a justified retention purpose. Material terms changes should be identified and communicated before they apply.
General provisions
Eligibility rules, fees if any, liability provisions, termination procedures, governing law, and dispute resolution have not been finalised. These policies do not waive statutory consumer rights or claim any regulatory authorisation. They are not presented as a final agreement for acceptance.
