How information is used in the platform, and which details still need confirmation.

Information handled

Depending on the features you use, records can include registration and profile details, password hashes, authentication sessions, account balances and activity, simulated orders and positions, funding requests, uploaded documents, support conversations, tickets, and notification preferences. Network requests expose connection information such as an IP address and browser details to the receiving server.

Why information is used

Information supports account access, platform operation, trading records, administration, support, security, and notifications. The operator must confirm the applicable lawful basis for each purpose, required versus optional fields, and any additional processing before final publication.

Access and recipients

Authorised staff can access records according to their roles and assigned accounts. Hosting, database, market-data, font, and asset-delivery providers may process information needed to deliver their services. External fonts and libraries can receive connection information when the browser downloads them. A complete provider and transfer assessment is still required.

Your choices and requests

Use Cookie settings to change optional device storage. Contact the operator through available support channels to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawing consent where applicable. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Identity verification may be needed. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Automation and sensitive information

AI trading can produce signals and simulated activity. Do not treat its output as an assessment of your personal financial circumstances. Contact the operator about reviewing automated activity or its settings. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information in support messages or uploads.

Retention and international processing

Retention periods, hosting countries, recipients, transfer safeguards, and the operator's identity must be confirmed before final publication. This policy does not promise immediate deletion from all backups or an unverified storage location.
